| Member Posts: 6 | For a cheaper, just as warm option that you can get for about a quater of the price I'd recomend snugpak 'softie' sleeka range. http://www.snugpak.com/index.php?MenuID=93-99 I've used my sleeka original in sub zero temprature and it kept me toasty, it even has two pockets! That kept my hands warmer than the gloves I was wearing. It shrugs off snow and has had minimal wear after rigorous military use and it can be stuffed away into a small bag that comes with the jacket. The Sasquach has a hood like the incenerator but I'm not sure if the range is as durable, or suitable for alpine use, but for a weekend in the peaks it does the job and saves almost £200! | |
